A HOMEGROWN NEIGHBORHOOD IN PITTSBORO, NC
Located just west of downtown, Reeves Farm Pittsboro will be a 500-acre mixed-use community, designed with a clear goal: to become a true extension of Pittsboro. As we develop the plan—inclusive of housing types, walking trails and green space—we’re keeping intentionality at the heart of everything we do. That intentionality flows through everything—from our site plans and conversations with local groups all the way to our branding.

How it started
We’ll be situated on what was once Reeves Farm, a local dairy farm stewarded by the late Tom Reeves and his wife Jean. With their longterm vision for Chatham county as our inspiration—a vision of Pittsboro as a hub of thoughtful growth and opportunity—we see Reeves Farm Pittsboro as fostering a home for that continued vision.
We sought to capture this vision in our logo, giving a strong nod to the history of Reeves Farm while also conveying our hope for the future—a path forward. We believe growth doesn’t need to come at the expense of what came before and with that, we hope to keep the farm’s past as present in our brand as it is in the land.
Our logo is built around a silhouette of a silo that was central to Reeves Farm. Above it, we see the pathway forward and below, our wordmark, which blends industry and utility with down-to-earth modernity. Altogether, we see this as a mark that would look just as natural on the side of a farm vehicle as it might on an entrance sign.

Cultivating Growth
While Reeves Farm Pittsboro is still taking shape, we’re dedicated to continuing this process, keeping the local community at the core of our decision-making. Pittsboro is growing and we believe that doesn’t have to mean sprawl. It can mean thoughtful, connected communities that support both newcomers and long-time residents alike.
